I can't wait to see the Horns this year! Here's to this season ending the same as last season... as the Rose Bowl Champs!

Allsome...anybody that posts on Hornfans knows what that means.
I can't lie, I am waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more pumped up about
the Horns than I am HS football. No offense...

i am equally pumped about the lufkin panthers and the iowa hawks. i am not near as pumped about the cowboys or the steelers. it takes a few games to get into the nfl. i used get so pumped up before the season for the nfl but it has changed to hs and college in recent years.

I'm now watching that video clip every morning when I get to work. HS football is great in Texas, but my true passion is the Longhorns. I'm going to all the games, home and away. Booked my flights to Columbus (Ohio St.), Columbia (Mizzou), and Tulsa (Ok. St.). The rest I'll be driving to, and (hopefully) will get to see the Horns here in Houston Dec. 3rd!

On another note, I'm still new to Houston, are there any can't-miss HS games I should think about going to? I'm in the Clear Lake area and the community was all abuzz last fall when I moved here, both with CLHS making their run to the 5A semis and the Astros playoff run. It's been nice to watch the Astros this summer to help this offseason suck a little less! :)
