He hasnt hired an agent, but he has declared. It's funny how things work out. In Januray, I wanted this kid to be a Horn. Now I'm glad I'm not having to put up with this crap. It was said by most that Tellus would never play more than a year or two of football before quiting to play basketball. Now I'm starting to think they were right.

pack,
I can't imagine that he would actually enter the draft, but if he does, more power to him.
As a Horn, I know I'm in the minority, but I've always liked 'Tellus. I got to talk with him on a couple different occasions last year and he's a good guy...flamboyant, yes...over the top at times, yes...but he's not a bad guy. I will root for him no matter what he ends up doing.

I dont know Bennett at all, but his spotlight hogging attitude really gets to me. It's like a lot of these guys have no appreciation for the fact that they are receiving a free education just for playing a game. They treat it like one big game.
You sure as hell cant take anything away from the kid talent wise, but from the coin flip on TV to this... it's just too much. I wish him the best but I'm glad he's with aggy.

I can't blame the guy for going for the money, but I sure hope he was honest with A&M. If he told them that me might declare for the draft and they still wanted him, I'm cool. If he deceived them and took the scholarship, I'll roast him from here on out.

Even if he didn't tell A&M, its not like he's gonna get drafted...I think he definately should have told them and should maybe get some consequences if he didn't, but he's not gonna get drafted either way.

I didn't even know he was a pro-quality basketball prospect coming out of high school. I just knew he was a great football player.
