Why is the general media so in love with Chad Johnson and his antics?? Dont' get me wrong...nothing negative and I enjoy watching him...but why all of a sudden what he is doing is "Great for the Game and Great for Cinncinatti", But with Terrell Owens(Not talking about the off-season antics) and Randy Moss...they are arrogant, dont respect the game, disgraces...etc?

Moss and Chad Johnson are not even closely related. The only thing that they have in common is that they are both Pro Bowl Reiceivers. Moss is cocky and arrongant in a completly different way. Moss has admitted to smoking marijuana, he has run over a police officer, he stated that $50,000 or whatever he was fined for in Green Bay is just change for him. That is why the media is not in love with him anymore.
And people are just getting tired of TO and Moss. I would much rather watch Chad Johnson play and do some sort of creative TD dance then watch TO and Randy ***** about life.

ON THE FIELD...Trust me..as we speak the media has a Micro-scope on Johnson waiting for him to slip...ON the field...Moss and TO celebrates after a touchdown...they are blasted. Johnson does it...sends opponets Pepto-bismol in the mail, has a check list of DB's in his locker...and yet we are "Looking Forward' to seeing him again.

Only met Moss and TO on the field of play....never met Chad Johnson. These guys are entertainers...PERIOD! They are marketing themselves. Sure do they have egos from hell?...yep! But they love to play...and through years of hard work they've earned the right to act like complete jerks, while making millions and playing the best sport in the world...NFL. (Just my opinion.)
To say "we like entertainers only when they entertain us the way we want them to" is petty. I played and it never once crossed my mind that I was an entertainer...or that I owed anyone anything.
The things they do off the field should be held against them just like anyone else, but on the field anything goes. I always had the filling that when a team scored on us and a show-boat star would do a little dance or call out, "I like this kind'a party" it was strategy. Getting us pissed off so we couldn't focus on the game.
When these guys do it these days, they piss everyone off, including the fans...so no one is concentrating on the game.
(I'll agree...Moss and TO go overboard.)

Wasn't Randy Moss the guy that said that he only likes to play when he wants.
It is comments like that which make people hate him. True, Johnson hasn't said anything offensive like that yet, but once he does, he will be scrutinized. Chad Johnson is just the "flavor of the week". We all will get sick and tired of his antics, but right now, it is much better then listening to TO and Randy complain.
Just heard that Keyshawn and Chad are Cousins....is this true?

You don't have to follow the Cowboys to know that Larry Allen is a HOF lineman...I hate the Redskins...but I know Joe Jacoby was brilliant...I know Art Monk was awesome...

My point is that I didn't follow pro football till a year or two ago. I've said it many times and you all seem to not pay attention to it. But I've just been concentrating on Redskins history. From the period of 99-04, I couldn't watch football so I really couldn't follow and learn it. From 88 to 99 Pro Football just didn't seem to interest me, maybe cause I didn't get the games.

Randy moss has the label arrogant partly because he once admitted he smoked weed just because Owens had all the spotlight and that made him mad. TO is looked at that way because he held out. Honestly he is getting so much money he doesn't know what to do with it and still he complains and hurts the team for more $. UNBELEIVABLE. Yes chad johnson made a list of who can cover(no one) and yes he show boats, but he is also recognized for his incredible work ethic. The man sleeps at the stadium like 3 days before the game to get mentally ready and physically aswell. The man is more respected in my eyes because he has backed up the smack, or list, he has talked and loves what he does.
