It's time for the greatest rivalry in all of sports to continue tonight. At Fenway park. Tonight we got Schill going up against Pettitte with saturday seeing Beckett going up against Jeff Karstens and sundays finale will be Dicke K going up against Chase Wright.
I gots my beer and dogs ready and we got the girl and her friends coming over to watch this. Could be the end of our rleationship considering she's about to find out how die hard baseball works.
Sox will sweep this series and continue that streak into June as my prediction of this division being locked up by the end of June will come true :D

Coach/GM/President not owner.

I understand you've been working a lot this week, I just wanted to make his correct titles known.

I stand corrected...not thinking clearly obviously.
Sorry...when I think Celtics I think Red...he pretty much owned that franchise for decades.

It happens, growing up I actually thought he was the owner. He just seemed like the owner, either way, he was in control of that franchise until The Rick ( :puke ) came walking through that door and it's been all downhill since.

"...and if they do, they're gonna be old and gray..."

Me too.

I wish Larry Bird did walk through that door, he was a better coach.

True. The Yankees have a bunch of no names pitching after Pettite and that is what's killing them. They are inexperienced and those last couple of games showed that. The only thing that is holding those rookies up is their offense, mainly A-Rod.

Well that is why they have high ERA's. They don't know how to pitch in big games. When are they going to bring up Phillip Hughes? I have heard many times that he is their top pitching prospect and that he is really good.

i think he's only 21 or so...the yanks said they want to keep him down in the minors for at least 2 seasons, but at the rate we're going, that's not going to hold up.

just when I was getting ready to applaud Wrights performance so far Manny and JD go back to back. That said, Wright is going to be a stud of a pitcher for you guys. He was dealing up until that sequence and will as I type this Lowell just made it back to back to back.
I lvoe this wright kid :D

Chase Wright is going to be ok. Hes youing and is gaining the best experience possible. I think this kid is going to be a good one. That said Torre made the right decision in pulling him after that third inning. This excites me as we are now getting into the bullpen this early in the game. Hopefully we can take advantage of this and get Diaske some more support.
