Through 2015. Hopefully that is enough of a commitment to push ahead with phase two of the Cotton Bowl renovations.

Are they going to get some additional indoor toilets?
Phase one ($20 million) includes an already-installed video scoreboard and the replacement of nearly all of the stadium’s seats.
Phase two ($30 million) improvements include expanding capacity to more than 92,000 people, replacing seats, creating a new façade, and installing new bathrooms, concessions, electronics, lighting and audio systems.

The most idiotic waste of taxpayer money in the recorded history of the planet. Laura has cemented Dallas' "can't do" image and has over-reacted by now cementing Dallas' alter ego as the city that "always does the wrong thing as an over-reaction to doing nothing".
Dallas, the big kid on the block who never did play very well....with themselves or others.

Just thought I'd add this. Today, Laura Miller made her announcement about the extension of the RRS until 2015. Get this......she said she looks forward to making the Cotton Bowl the premiere college football stadium in the nation, with the best stadium, best seats, best scoreboard, and best restrooms. She giggled when she mentioned the restrooms. How sweet......
The worst mayor in recorded history. Even the coke-head from Washington D.C., old whats-his-name, wasn't as bad as her.

Ron Kirk would have done the right thing!
Randy Galloway's nickname for Laura Miller is fitting. 'Madame No.'

If they would put down good turf it would sure help. Seems to me they are keeping the grass for one game now, and dont want it torn up with minor games like high school. I would go to playoff games there, More than Texas stadium or Jerry World. I can remember some great HS games there. Seems there were always several during the state fair:confused: Maybe turf is part of the plan???
