UNT spring game

UNT will conduct their spring game this Sunday at 3pm at Fouts Field. I will not be there buit though some of you metroplex fans would like to go check out how Coach Dodge has done so far this spring.
From my understanding it will not be a evenly split game. It will be offense vs defense with the offense being awarded points on big plays, TD's and 3 consecutive 1st downs while the defense will earn points for 3 and outs, defensive TD's and some other things.
If yall go please post back thoughts and opinions on what the team looked like.

I made the drive up to Denton yesterday. Offense looked very good at times. Of course the Dodge offense was in place. A lot of timing passes to the outside. 3 or 4 huge pass plays in the game. One of 85 yards on a beautiful pass. Defense has speed and kept all from being TDs. On one TD pass, the corner tackled the WR but the Wr fell on top of the DB (like sat on him) and just got back up and ran it in for a TD. Toone and Wilson both played well at QB. J. Thomas looked good but the defense has some speed and were able to keep him from breaking a big one. He did score a TD from inside the 10. Maybe 2.

Right at 5200 announced attendance.

Big time. They may run away with it.

That would be cool. I would like to see N. Texas get back into dominating the Sun Belt and getting a Bowl game every year.

I think with Coach Dodge there they might even bite one of the big D-1A teams they play each season.
