This isnt the first time he's been in trouble with the law. Did they ever say what his blood alcohol level was? The article that I read earlier wouldnt say.

Warren's looks and smooth demeanor apparently have kept him out of past troubles. I think the guy probably needs a little help.

"The Tacoma News Tribune revealed last night that state records show that Moon's blood-alcohol level was measured at .068 percent and .067 percent in breath tests conducted at 3:36 and 3:39 a.m. on April 6. The legal limit in Washington is .08 percent; however, charges could still be filed if prosecutors decide that the driver was impaired."

I doubt then he was impaired then at .067, and he should be able to beat this.

Im not saying it was.
Its obvious that it couldnt of been that high and the man walk away alive.

sucks to be him.... theres nothing he can do but pay the ticket and go w/ the penalties on this one
ive heard of people getting pulled over at .45...... each person reacts the same
now at .45 if your on the road and still awake your not making it very far before you hit something
