The Texas Rangers finally got into the win column as they defeated the Red Sox in their home opener this afternoon. Robinson Tejeda pitched a two-hitter and Akinori Otsuka gave up one hit in relief as the Rangers won, 2-0.

I'm going to the 1st 2 games of the Cubs series on June 19 and 20th I believe...

Rangers have been doing pretty good against the AL East the past 2-3 seasons... we just cant get it together for our division... particularly the Angels...

Yeah the Angels always find a way to beat us in to the ground. Plus Vlad is a dangerous hitter against the Rangers. He manages to find a way to pw3ne the Rangers pitchers.

Isn't Vlad batting like .920 against the Rangers?
He OWNS them...and that's a fact in my opinion.

This game didnt make me feel any better about the Rangers season because they still only managed THREE hits. They only have 18 hits in their first 4 games and with a little simple math that averages out to 4.5 hits a game....not too good if you ask me.

so how bout the Rangers spanking the Red Sox 8-4. It was awesome to see Sosa hit that Homerun. Heres hoping to plenty more HRs from Sammy this year....:)
