So did they just draw plays in the dirt for David to understand?
"My first couple of years here he was pretty much just told where to throw the ball at, and a lot of people didn't know that. He was never really taught to go through reads and things like that. Once coach (Gary) Kubiak came in, that was his big thing, teaching him how to go through reads. So it was like he was starting all over again."

This is something we all new prior to Dom being fired. Kubiak gave david more control...and he blew his shot

Lets just remember those awesome TD passes he through in the last 9 games.

Yep....he threw 2 more TD's than I did the last nine games and I was WATCHING from my living room.

Just one more reason to support my own ideology that Carr was never destined to be a productive member of the Texans. How in the world something as basic to NFL quarterbacking as "reads", slips undetected in scouting is beyond me.

yeah but he still sucks
