Well you would have to ask the dumb-*** that made the cartoon.
But pinky out and index finger out...IS HOOK 'EM HORNS...
And like I said...obviously the entire country knows that because
no matter who Texas plays...the other team's fans always do it.
Even on the freakin' video game they do it.

The funny part is they think it's an insult...
But Horns fans think of it as "Wow the whole country knows our hand signal"
It is in fact...a sign of respect.
