Reports from foxsports.com has the Texans swapping picks with the Falcons (10th and 8th) and a couple of 2nd rounders for Schaub.

I think it's a great move if the Texans can recoup one of those 2nd rounders or maybe a 3rd rounder for Carr.

Wow. Schaub signs a 6 year, 48 million contract. The story is on ESPN.com's front page on their main ticker.

I'm truly at a loss for words.

This for a guy that as a 3 year NFL back-up completed 52% of his passes with 6 TDs to 6 INTs. Torbush.

So, NFL aggy passes on Vince Young because Carr is their QB of the future and they show that by giving him a big contract extension. One year later Carr is being shopped around, his replacement is already on board and Vince is ROY after almost leading a bad team to the playoffs.

They pass on Reggie Bush because he will cost too much and they would rather invest more money in Davis. One year later, Davis missed an entire season and may never play football again while Bush proved to be a play maker and would have cost NFL aggy less money than the stellar duo of Ahman Green and Whateverhisfirstnameistoday Davis.

NFL aggy instead decides to draft Mario Williams so they can "stop Peyton Manning". One year later, Mario took forever to get on track and Peyton is somewhere polishing the Vince Lombardi trophy. Un-freakin'-believable.
