I'm not too sure about Davis. The big knock on him is he's just a big ol'slouch. 'Course that was at left tackle but within the interior, he may be able to be pretty decent. I was kinda hoping he'd sign with the 'Skins but we'll see what happens.

Another rumor is for LaVar Arrington to be resigned with Washington on Monday.

Davis was great in pass protection when he played LT at Arizona. I think I read that the Cowboys want him at RT.

What in world are you smokin' to think that?! He was constantly beat around the edge, thats why they wanted him in the interior!

And yes, the Cowboys want him to replace Columbo

Actually, the Cowboys want Davis to replace Marco Rivera if he does indeed retire from his two back surgeries. If Rivera does come back then it is possible he could take Columbo's RT spot. However, they are still wanting to resign Columbo, but haven't reached a contract agreement yet. Either way, the Cowboys still need a lot more depth on the o-line. here's the link to back up my info.

Ah, ok.

But Davis is a guy you wanna keep an eye on. That $49 mil is based on potential....not what he's done.

That has to be the worst free agent signing this year. Way too much money for a guy even Arizona didn't want.
