Joe Gibbs came out today saying that Mark Brunell will now be the starter....shortly after Ramsey requested a trade.

This is obviously gonna change a lot of things....my prediction for this season will be...7-9? Around that. But, Gibbs knows what he's doing.

I dont know if anybody around here likes Brunell as much as I do. Being a fan of the Jacksonville Jaguars since their creation, I have a tremendous amount of respect for Brunell. That being said... he's done. His tank is empty and I cant see him contributing anything. He's a step down from Ramsey and that is pretty bad since Ramsey is nothing but a joke. If the Redskins want any hope, I say they should play for the future and put Jason Campbell in there.

Ramsey requested a trade? I hear Florida International may be interested. If Gibbs had guts - he'd start Jason Campbell - he may be this year's Roethlesberger.

I agree with JTK, Brunell has little or no gas left. He may actually be comparable to Bledsoe (seriously) with the exception of the deep ball that Drew can throw.

Campbell may need a lil more time. But for the moment. Brunell may serve his purpose - a backup. He may just hold off until Campbell is ready. I think the decision might have really been the hit Ramsey took. Even though the doctor cleared him I don't think he wanted to send Ramsey in right away.

Ramsey is just wayyy to inconsistent. The lack of me being able to watch games especially Sunday's (curse you Fox!) I hear that he is really hot/cold.

Stick a fork in them the redskins are done.......look for Philly to implode this year as well.... But I still think philly will make the playoffs.
