All us OLD people!
Mine has the Salzburg (Austria) Philharmonic, Mozart's "Ein Kleines Nacht Muzik" in it right now.
My son's ipod and cd player have Bob Marley on them.
My XM radio is tuned to either Deep Tracks or 70's music. Occasionally big band stuff on 40's channel.

True Story:
A friend of mine was in a class at UT-Tyler in the 80's (already an adult) and a group of students started taking about music. Well they began to discuss the Beatles and one young airhead girl overheard the name "Paul McCartney." She listened a few minutes and heard someone mention "Wings." Realizing that this was indeed the Paul she had heard of she proceeded to ask, are you ready for this, "You mean Paul McCartney was in a band before Wings?????"
I don't know if she was blonde. :D

CD players would seem a bit outdated, whereas IPODs are the current trend. However, they are also very expensive (well, for me anyways).. so yes I still do use a CD player, but most of my CD's are burned from mp3s.

i agree with you 100% but i liked the majority of the songs i heard off each album so i copped it. i dont buy too many hip hop cd's usually because i end up liking only 3 songs or so, which i end up putting on my ipod. a change of pace has started to sound a bit too poppy for me but i bought for the same reasons as senses fail and brand new. next up: the new bloc party album and snoop's "blue carpet treatment". if anyone knows of anything i should check out lemme know ive got about a bajillion cd's but i could always use more.

you dont HAVE to pay for them but if you want to support an artist like you said there are other ways besides going to the store and buying the cd. You can buy a full album off of itunes and it is usually cheaper than the actual store.
