I'm gonna get jumped on for saying this, but I think **** just might kick the crap out of us. It will be a hostile environment and I think they will be able to contain Durant. Mix in a young team and you have a very bad situation.

I don't think Texas' is a basketball school. I think you have to have a few championships before you make that claim. In my opinion Texas is a football and baseball school. And for some reason aggy NEVER wants to discuss baseball with Horns fans. Why is that?

I'm impressed with BCG as a coach. I think he's lit a fire under the players and the fanbase. I'm just not ready to crown him just yet.

I'm also impressed with what Barnes is doing with a bunch of freshman. I think Texas is playing way over their head right now. Blowing leads like they did today...IMO is a result of being young and not having staying power. That is a deadly combo in the tournament. You have to be able to put teams away. Texas isn't doing that right now.

I don't care about your ammo, and I don't want to compare histories or talk about the past. I'm very surprised with how both A&M and Texas are playing. Going into the season, my fiancee (huge KU fan) and I talked about how Texas could be a big wild card, and could KU and A&M both live up to their preseason hype. I'll call myself a big of a bandwagon fan now, especially since before 3 years ago I hated college basketball (now with a future in-law family with big KU ties), but this has been a great season so far.

Maybe it's just me. But from where I was sitting, the last few plays didn't look to me like they were designed to go anywhere near Durant.

Anyway back to the Aggies. Great win. The fact that they won in that hostile environment will serve them well come tournament time. Kansas, Texas and A&M are locks for the tournament. I'm with the announcers. I like A&M's chances on neutral venues.

Amen. But after 20 some games, they are no longer rookies. Gillespie has done an outstanding job at A & M. Teaching & getting players to play defense when offense gets all 99% of the highlight reels is tough. How many high school all-Americans are urrently on A & M's roster compared to Texas? Doing more with less has always been a trademark with such coaches as Gillespie, Knight, Keady, Majerus, etc. Keep it going Ags.
