Ya.... Texas is going to blow out La-La. That's not even going to be a game. I'm predicting about 50-14 if not greater.

Next week is the game at the horseshoe.

Adrian Peterson got a high ankle sprain, then he tried to come back and couldnt do anything... I think if Adrian Peterson was healthy the whole game TCU would have lost. Plus that fumble by Rhett Bomar diddnt help OU, they dont have a QB or a RB now. Bomar wasnt impressive, and 12 overthrew pretty much every pass.

AD was fine in the first half and was still held to 5 yards rushing....

Anytime OU loses, its a great day in sports :D

Take this play and take that play.. Add this player subtract this player. Take two minutes here and take away 2 minutes there and this and that.

Oklahoma got BEAT !!! Period. :)

Wasnt the ankle sprain early in the second half? I could be wrong. But he still had 8 carries for 5 yds in the first half....give SOME credit to the TCU defense. I always said he was a good player on a great team(Just like Clarrett was win OSU won it all) and now we get a chance to see the REAL Adrian Petersen.

TCU physically dominated this game. This wasn't a lucky 1 out of 10 deal. TCU was there toe to toe with a team that was supposed to be much much more talented. They may get it in gear by Tx-OU, and certainly have a mental edge in that game, but boy did they simply not look all that hot in the trenches. That will be trouble if they don't do a `80 by then, which is totally possible.

They kept talking about how Adrian Peterson wont be as good as last year b/c teams know OU dosent have a QB (yet) and they are all keying on him.

He did show what he was worth on the opening drive of the second half where he rushed for 43 yds (on one drive) and a TD and then hurt himself. He lost yards 3 or 5 carries after the ankle sprain. Which is why i think he was starting to click in the second half. I thought it was over for TCU untill Peterson got hurt.

TCU had no offense in the second half, they got lucky with the Bomar fumble, an experienced QB would have tucked in and not fumbled, and TCU was able to turn on the running game and capitalize on the turnover with a TD.

TCU's defense did dominate OU in the first half but 12 Overthrew 2 longballs to wide open guys that would have been an easy 14pts for Jason White. OU also missed a 43 yd field goal right before the half. But i think that the Oklahoma offense (adrian peterson) turned itself on, but once Peterson got hurt it was turned back off. and TCU had basically no offense in the second half.

I think that Stoops needs to pick a QB and stick with him. Bomar underthrew guys and fumbled at critical times, but 12 overthrew guys. The O-Line is supposedly the weakest link which also hampered Peterson in the first half.

I think that OU underestimated TCU, and TCU came to play and gave 110% and walked all over OU. But i dont expect OU to look like this next week.

This is what I love about Texas fans...they hate OU...so what TCU did yesterday is amazing and astounding.

Now...had that been the Texas Longhorns losing to TCU, everyone of these Texas fans would be making every excuse they could make. The truth is...just like in National Championship...

OU did not play like OU of the last 5 years. Stoops understands that his team isn't playing with the fire and passion that they played with in 00', 01' and 02', so he focus on that flaw.

OU is NOT out....just down! They have to reload their QUARTERBACK, OFFENSIVE LINE and SECONDARY...and their secondary wasn't that good last year.

When Rhett Bomar...hear me....Rhett Bomar gets going with confidence and the O-Line forms, LOOK OUT!

In the Orange Bowl...31 of the 55 points USC scored came off of turnovers. OU fumbled the ball 3 times and threw 3 interceptions, all on their side of the field...so of course the #1 team in the Nation will do what they did! Had those things not happened and both teams play like their capable of, that score would of read alot closer if not vice versa, with OU coming out on top. Personally, OU's secondary was their biggest weakness last year. The O-Line is going to be the biggest concern this year. The QB's can get the job done, but they need a little more game time. Rhett Bomar was the most touted QB in High School when he came out of Dallas. (Which is where Grand Prarie is located.) He is the better QB in my opinion. Let him take some hits and come into his own.

The truth is everyone's talking now...but give it a few games, then we'll see what everyone's opinion is. TCU played very hard, and yes had plenty of false starts, but they still had experience on their side. Give it a few games...and watch out when the Sooners come to Dallas in October.

It seems that OU does not have the players who will smack you in the mouth and dare you to get up so they can do it again, like Roy and Rocky. This could be UT's year.
