it is a good way to start off the first week of college football... and also Chase Daniel is playing some for Mizzou right now. Last time i checked he is like 3-8 with like 15 yds and 1 int. Those numbers aren't good bu there are not too bad for a true freshman playing in his first collegiant game.

Yeah...but OU has won 3 national titles since Texas last one it. (...In 1969)
Oh and they've played in 3 of the last (TRUE) National Championship Games. Oh, yeah they've beaten Texas 5 straight times. Even if they lose this year, it will be like Miami and Florida State on Monday night, Miami lost, but they've still won 7 of the last 8 games...well if Texas beats OU, OU will have still won 5 of the last 6 games. (And three of those games the QB you refer to as "Superman" was suited up!!)

But I still love yeah wide-e-wide!! You don't take everything so personal unlike so many others!!

They are reloading...it can be a difficult process. Just think...what will Texas do once Vincent is gone?!! Wow! Oklahoma has a super-star sophmore RB and the second most highly touted athlete in the country in freshman QB Rhett Bomar, from Dallas. (Rhett was #2 in the country behind Adrian when they came out of HS.) Their O-Line has several 6-7" monsters that are freshmen and sophmores...and they're waiting for their chance to play. Their defense yields a true freshman DT named Demarcus Granger, which was last years #1 defensive lineman in the country coming out of HS. And they picked up the #2 linebacker in the country from HS, as well. OU's got plenty of super talent, it's just young...and they've just begun to mold it.

That's just how college football is...and the NFL is much worse. I should know....I played both!

OOoooooh I see...before the season started it was "We will still win even though it's a down year for us" Now you are already putting out excuses to test the waters. JUST IN CASE ou loses to Texas. I love to see you sooner fans squirm...It's like when I catch one of my kids telling a lie...they won't look me in the eyes...they start to move around and get all nervous...that is exactly how okie acts. For a school,athletic dept.,coaching staff,fanbase and team of classless winners.....would we expect anything less now that they are losers? And dig the selective memory...they always hit you with about eleventy billion stats...but overlook the most obvious.----all-time record-----and if I were okie...I would try and stay as quiet as possible about National Title games...especially the recent ones. I would rather not be in one at all...than to get sodomized by USC in front of the entire nation. Of course that's just me.

OU won it but it was 17-15 OU going into the 4th quarter. Tulsa had a chance to go ahead but fumbled OU then scored. Final was 31-15 OU.
