Congrats to Tyson Thompson for making the Dallas Cowboys roster. He was a Texas HS football legend his days at Irving High. He went to Juco and then to San Jose St and now his made the Dallas Cowboys roster.

Good job and keep working hard and I think some great things could happen.

He could become the next Dominic Rhodes (Abilene Cooper , Indy Colts). :)

I thought they had until tomorrow night before trimming the roster.
If so...I'm happy. I was pulling for him. But behind Julius and two other backs how much PT will he get? Probably a lot of special teams work. But hey you gotta start somewhere.

Coach parcells told him last night after he came off the field, "congrats on making the roster" or something to that effect. He will probably be primarily special teams, but if he keeps working he may get some time as a 3rd down back. im excited for him, and he definatly adds some speed to the lineup.

He and Jerod Douglas are the 2 best high school backs I have ever seen in person. Every carry was a potential long touchdown run.

man I love Tyson Thompson, idk why hes waisting his time with Dallas, he could start on another team...
