I don't care how dominate North Shore is in district 22-5A...this is the game to see year-in and year-out in this district.
It will determine 2nd place.

That's definitly gonna be a good game. I'd go if I were'nt going to the eventful NS vs. Dobie game:D ! So where will the game be played? I might have to stop in.

This game is always ugly. I imagine both Deer Park and La Porte have extra police out this week. At least they did back in the day...

The game will be in La Porte. Which is strange because last year it was also in La Porte. Deer Park was the underdog last year and took it to LP. Handed them their 2nd loss in district. Of course LP rebounded and had a good playoff run but when it comes to Deer Park vs. La Porte...like they say...throw the records out the window.

It should be another good one this year as well.. Laporte is a good team.. i think they have a better offense than DP.. however.. i think DP is a pretty solid team not to be taken lightly..and since its a rivalry... should make it even better... I think LP wins this one at home... by 7:eek:
well im happy someone started this thread anywho....deer is going to take it our D is gonna be jacked up and ready to go and so will the O the O hard a rough time getting going the first games, now we have a full head of steam comeing down hill.LP's passing game is not as effective as it was last year but they did lose alot of good ppl on O. BTW i think this should be the game of the week but the dudes from CH 2 dont think so
GO DEER!

If you guys play like you did against us.. then it could get very interesting:eek:
we played yall hard we messed up on some calls and yall capitalized on them i do think yall guys were a little shaken when it was 7-3 going to the half....LP is about to get hit by a freight train

but thats a good thing.. because we will have close games in the playoffs..our guys didnt take you guys seriously.. but it only took a couple of series' to make them think otherwise.. and they turned it on .. and we won.. but.. you guys were solid in my opinion... you all just need to play like that every game...
yea i know...man do i hate LP i cant wait till friday its gonna be crazy

you know i used to date a girl from there back then she was a real fox all american cheerleader and everything one day i told one of my friend she went there and he had a giggle fit for the week, he literally thought the town was a park for deer. Any how i used to hear about this game i can't say much about either team i guess my vote for win goes to dp

This year they do have identical 4-3 records. Like I mentioned before though...it really doesn't matter who has the better record in a rivalry like this. Last year LP only had one loss going into this game. They ended up losing the game to Deer Park. The last 6 games played by these 2 teams is evenly split 3 wins, 3 losses.
It's going to be a good game.
i think this rivalry is one of the biggest in the houston area both city's wait all year for this game.i just cant wait till friday

I'm predicting a 28-17 score. La Porte pulls out the win.
