Think they were looking past L.C until they scored and woke them up that was the worst first quarter i've seen them play, then it was on, come on cy-falls were ready B.F.N.D!!

I left with a couple of minutes to go - Cy Falls was leading 42-7 so now it's official - we can go on to discuss the Falls/Fair game in earnest!! Should be a good one. Our defense had a not so good first drive tonight and then it was pretty much lights out of the rest of the game - the offense scored on at least 2 drives of a minute or less. Welch was awesome as usual and I think Shane Turner had wings on his shoes. Freeman - what can I say - always awesome and turned on the jets a couple of times. Good Game Eagles!! Now it's on to the Bobcats and Homecoming - FINALLY!! If this isn't a game of the week - there is something badly wrong! I can't think of another one bigger - both teams undefeated in district - Cy Fair undefeated on the year and Cy Falls on a 4 game win streak - nope, can't think of a better scenario.

Forgot to mention Dobbin - also had a very good night as did Roger Holland. All in all, a very good effort by the entire team. I'm impressed with Kolby Gray too - he is part of the offense of the future and, lately, he has had a few chances to get in there with these big scoring games and he is looking better every time...and only a Sophomore!

:) :) :) (that's me smiling through the week - because my ESP tells me it's Eagles all the way:D ). I really don't have ESP or a crystal ball - but I do know this game will be hard fought and the score should be pretty close - one of those nailbiters.

Mcguffie Had 5 Td's not 4, the other was a pass from Chance to Ramsey. Took a couple drives to get things going but after a couple coaching points made a great adjustment and dominated from 2nd quarter on. Finally can look to and talk about the Falls game, I know these kids have waited all year for this one. Its gunna be an awesome game, I wouldn't miss it for anything.

Game of the week - if not the SEASON thus far. It will be exciting - win or lose - for me. Of course, I will be just a bit happier with a win:)
