It looked like he was in great spirits. Might thinnk about it from time to time, but seems like he will get over it very soon. Good support around him, good head on his shoulders, dont see it getting to him too bad. At least it looked that way in the video.

it was prolly that mixed with him not wanting to look cheesy on tv...and it just happened this weekend...wait till later on in the season.. he'll be craving the game bad...

Could be. I really think he was just happy to be alive. I know I would, forget football. You can at least still watch it. As the season goes on, I think your right. He will be missing it more and more. No doubt about that.

Those news links are really good. Matt seems to be a very level headed young man. Although he will undoubtedly miss football, I suspect he will be just fine.

gotta give props to Mack on this one...unbelievable. I was at the game last friday nad it was one of the scariest thngs I have ever seen..so surreal. Glad to hear Matt is doing well
