The Little SWC is back together again, which makes for a strong district. The return of Cooper is a very strong addition.

Strength = Stronger
Previous 5-5A was home to state champion Euless Trinity. However, the new district is tougher top to bottom.
Strength = Weaker
The group over from 5-5A trades the Keller schools for the Irving schools and added Haltom and Richland. Stronger in #’s, not sure about overall quality.
Strength = Stronger
Any district that adds SLC, Coppell and Guyer becomes instantly stronger.
Strength = Stronger
Top to bottom, this could be the strongest district in the state. 8-5A loses the bottom three from ’09 and adds four playoff capable teams.
