ARLINGTON MARTIN MESQUITE HORN KATY CINCO RANCH SA REAGAN
Martin's playoff berth securing victory over Arl. Lamar, 48-28, topped off a run of four straight wins after after an 0-6 start. Behind the leadership of QB Emory Miller, the Jags defeated Mesquite, 28-19, to claim their first ever playoff berth. Cinco Ranch defeated the Katy Tigers, 27-21 in Overtime. to claim their first ever district championship. The Reagan Rattlers finished off a great regular season with a victory over SA Madison, 32-28, and a district championship.

LEWISVILLE HEBRON LUFKIN PEARLAND AUSTIN BOWIE
The Hawks are on a tear winning 6 straight, including their latest 44-28 win over Carroll. Hebron sits alone at the top of District 6. The Panthers that we are all used to showed up on Friday in  a big way. They defeated the #3 ranked Highlanders, 15-13. Pearland's defense held a potent Deer offense to 9 points. With the win, the Oilers claimed the top spot in District 22. Bowie scored with 20 seconds left to cap off a 13 point 4th quarter to defeat the #19 ranked Pflugerville Panthers, 30-29

LD HURST BELL DALLAS SKYLINE CLEAR LAKE WESLACO
The Blue Raiders kept their playoff hopes alive with an impressive 45-17 victory over Keller. Skyline notched their 2nd win over a state ranked team this season by defeating #18 Carrollton Creekview, 31-28. The Falcons won comfortably over previously unbeaten Dickinson, 30-7, to pull into a 3-way tie at the top of District 24. The Panthers stayed in the hunt for the final playoff spot out of District 32 by defeating San Benito, 42-24

ALLEN CONROE CLEAR BROOK SA WARREN
The Eagles dominated Plano to the tune of 56-23 and take over sole possession of 1st place in District 8. Conroe quietly continues to put together a solid season (5-1), but their latest 27-11 victory over Lufkin should make some noise. Brook returned a fumble for a TD with 2 minutes left to secure a comeback victory over Clear Lake, 14-13. The Warriors have reeled off five straight including their latest 45-34 win over previously unbeaten SA Clark.

COPPELL CY CREEK ALDINE EISENHOWER SMITHSON VALLEY
The Cowboys defeated the previously undefeated Southlake Carroll Dragons, 56-53 in double OT, and ended their 38 game district unbeaten streak. Cy Creek handled a very game Cy Woods team with ease, winning 52-25, and continue to lead 15-5A. Big Ike destroyed a good Humble team, 49-7, and have a big leg up on the 19-5A race as a result. The Rangers got it done on Friday night by beating the previously undefeated Madison Mavericks, 31-21, to pull within a game of 1st place in 26-5A.

ODESSA PERMIAN RR STONY POINT NORTH SHORE SA ROOSEVELT
The Panthers continued their perfect season so far by ending Odessa's in dominating style, 54-20. The Stony Point Tigers traveled to Leander and ruined their homecoming by shutting the Lions out, 38-0.   After a month out of action due to Hurricane Ike, the Mustangs defeated Lufkin at Old Abe,
 28-21. 
The Roughriders overcame District 26 co-leaders SA Reagan, 12-7. Next up, Smithson Valley.

ARLINGTON KLEIN OAK HOUSTON STRATFORD SA MADISON
The Colts defeated Arl. Lamar, 50-40, in what was an important district contest for both. Dominated previously ranked Klein Forest, 34-6, in their return to action after Ike. The Spartans scored 25 unanswered 2nd half points to rally and beat Alief Taylor.. The Mavs have now won two of their toughest District 26 contests

EULESS TRINITY DALLAS SKYLINE CINCO RANCH SA REAGAN
See Week 2. How can you pick anyone other than the Trojans who defeated #3 Allen, 24-14. Two very impressive results with wins over #6 Arlington Bowie last week and PESH this week. The Cougars continued their winning ways, post-Ike, with a , 42-14 victory over Mayde Creek. The Rattlers are making noise at the top of Region 4 after their latest win, 42-7 over Churchill/

EULESS TRINITY GARLAND NAAMAN FOREST NONE PFLUGERVILLE
Can anyone beat Trinity? The Trojans dominated #19 Cedar Hill by the final score of 37-14  The Rangers ran all over Mesquite on their way to a 34-13 victory. Category 2 Hurricane Ike wiped out all of Region 3's games this week. The Panthers are back on track after a convincing 21-10 win over #11 Judson.

PLANO WEST THE WOODLANDS KINGWOOD SMITHSON VALLEY
West defeated #13 FM Marcus, 27-24, after a hard fought game against SLC. The Highlanders thoroughly crushed the defending state champion Katy Tigers, 47-0. Defeated Clear Creek, 20-17, in overtime The Rangers proved that they are tops in Region 4 with a win over #3 Converse Judson, 23-13.

WYLIE LEANDER MORTON RANCH CONVERSE JUDSON
Wylie proved that the games are played on the field and not on paper by defeating state ranked Lewisville Hebron, 21-14. Defeated '07 DII State Finalists, Pflugerville, 24-17. If you didn't believe that a new season brings new hopes, now you do after Ranch thoroughly defeated Tomball, 41-22.. The Rockets opened their season by handily defeating widely considered Region 4 contender, SA Warren, 23-12.
